Cronut creator with ‘universal appeal’ adds third bakery in Manhattan

Cronuts creator Dominique Ansel landed a third bakery/café location in Manhattan. He simply signed a fifteen-year lease at 64 College Place, the luxurious “boutique” rental designed by KPF and developed by Argo Actual Property and Bsafal, Inc.

Argo CEO Mark Moskowitz crowed, “The Ansel model has each a brick-and-mortar following and an in depth on-line supply operation, so it has common enchantment.”
