Justice Department sues Utah after transgender inmate ’removed her own testicles’

The Justice Division filed a lawsuit Tuesday towards the state of Utah and its jail system after a transgender inmate “eliminated her personal testicles” in response to “unnecessarily delayed” therapy for her gender dysphoria.
